CHASS Inc. will use sponsorship funds to provide VIP access to eligible participants consistent with the purposes of the sponsorship and the VIP Founding Community.
CHASS Inc. manages participant enrollment, learning access, facilitation, and the VIP transformational learning experiences.

The VIP Founding Community is also an evidence-development initiative.
Across the Founding Community, participants' engagement, experience, growth, and outcomes will be evaluated to learn what works and improve VIP transformations for the public in the future.
