If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the applicable VIP services.

2Educational and Developmental Purpose
VIP experiences are designed for education, personal development, leadership formation, reflection, skill building, and community learning and development.
VIP is not a substitute for:
- medical care;
- mental-health treatment;
- psychotherapy;
- crisis intervention;
- legal advice;
- financial advice;
- professional diagnosis; or
- emergency services.
Participants should seek appropriate licensed or qualified professional assistance when needed.
Nothing in VIP guarantees a particular personal, educational, employment, relationship, parenting, health, financial, ministry, or organizational result.
Participant outcomes vary based on many factors, including engagement, circumstances, commitments, practice, support, opportunity, and factors beyond CHASS Inc.'s control.
3Eligibility
Adult users must have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
Certain VIP programs are designed for specific audiences or age groups.
Youth Participants
VIP Youth Leadership may serve young people ages 13–19.
Participants under age 18 may be required to have a parent or legal guardian approve enrollment or participation as determined by CHASS Inc. and applicable law.
CHASS Inc. may require age verification or other eligibility information when reasonably necessary to confirm program eligibility or compliance with applicable law.
4Accounts and Access
Certain VIP experiences require a Kajabi or other authorized account.
You agree to:
- provide accurate registration information;
- maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials;
- use your account only for yourself unless CHASS Inc. expressly authorizes otherwise;
- promptly report suspected unauthorized access; and
- refrain from sharing usernames, passwords, course access, or restricted links.
Participant access is personal and may not be transferred, resold, sublicensed, or shared.
CHASS Inc. may suspend or terminate access if it reasonably believes an account is being misused or shared without authorization.
5Participant License
Enrollment in a VIP experience provides the participant with a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the applicable VIP materials for the participant's own learning and development during the authorized access period.
A Participant License permits you to learn from VIP.
It does not permit you to:
- teach VIP to others;
- facilitate an unauthorized cohort or circle;
- reproduce or distribute VIP materials;
- sell VIP materials;
- upload VIP content to another platform;
- create derivative programs based substantially on protected VIP materials;
- sublicense access;
- use VIP trademarks or branding commercially; or
- represent yourself as an authorized VIP Facilitator or Organizational Partner.
6Facilitator Certification Is Separate
Completion of VIP participant programming does not make a participant a VIP Facilitator.
Likewise, VIP Facilitator Certification, when offered is a separate credential governed by additional requirements and agreements.
Facilitator Certification indicates that CHASS Inc. has determined that an individual has met specified facilitator preparation or competency requirements.
Certification alone does not transfer ownership of VIP intellectual property and does not automatically grant:
- unlimited program delivery rights;
- organizational licensing rights;
- the right to reproduce materials;
- the right to sell VIP independently;
- the right to sublicense VIP; or
- the right to upload VIP content to another learning system.
Authorized facilitation is subject to CHASS Inc.'s applicable certification, licensing, program-access, and organizational requirements.
7Organizational Delivery Rights Are Separate
Organizations wishing to offer VIP directly to employees, students, families, congregations, clients, or other populations must receive separate written authorization from CHASS Inc.
An organizational agreement may define:
- programs authorized;
- participant limits;
- facilitator requirements;
- term of authorization;
- geographic or audience limitations;
- branding standards;
- data and evaluation requirements;
- pricing and participant access;
- quality and fidelity requirements; and
- renewal or termination conditions.
No school, nonprofit, church, ministry, business, agency, or other organization may represent itself as an authorized VIP delivery partner unless CHASS Inc. has expressly granted that status in writing.
8Intellectual Property
All VIP content and materials are owned by CHASS Inc. or used under applicable authorization, including, as applicable:
- curriculum;
- lesson content;
- VIP created videos;
- scripts;
- workbooks;
- journals;
- facilitator guides;
- certification materials;
- assessments;
- worksheets;
- exercises;
- models;
- graphics;
- logos;
- trademarks;
- program names;
- website content;
- downloadable resources; and
- original methods, arrangements, and presentations of content.
Except where expressly permitted in writing, you may not:
- copy;
- reproduce;
- republish;
- record;
- distribute;
- modify;
- translate for commercial distribution;
- create derivative works;
- publicly display;
- sell;
- license;
- sublicense;
- upload to another website or learning platform; or
- commercially exploit VIP materials.
Downloading a workbook or resource does not transfer ownership or intellectual-property rights.
Any permitted download is for authorized program use only.
9Community Standards
VIP Community participation is intended to create a respectful environment for reflection, learning, support, and growth.
Participants agree not to:
- harass, threaten, demean, or bully others;
- discriminate against participants;
- disclose another participant's confidential information without permission;
- impersonate others;
- post unlawful, defamatory, sexually explicit, exploitative, violent, or harmful material;
- solicit participants for unauthorized commercial purposes;
- distribute unauthorized copies of VIP content;
- interfere with the operation of the community;
- share another participant's personal story outside the community without permission; or
- engage in conduct that materially undermines safety or learning.
CHASS Inc. may moderate content and may warn, restrict, suspend, or remove a participant when reasonably necessary to protect the community or program.
10Participant Responsibility
VIP emphasizes reflection and practical application.
Participants remain responsible for their own decisions and actions.
Parents and caregivers remain responsible for decisions concerning their children.
Youth participants and their parents or guardians remain responsible for decisions concerning education, health, employment, relationships, safety, and other personal matters.
Professionals, pastors, ministers, and organizational participants remain responsible for their professional or organizational decisions.
VIP materials should be applied thoughtfully and in light of individual circumstances.
11Registration, Fees, and Payment
Pricing varies by program, enrollment period, cohort, sponsorship, promotion, or organizational arrangement.
The applicable fee will be shown at enrollment or communicated by CHASS Inc.
By purchasing a VIP experience, you authorize the applicable payment processor to charge the displayed amount.
Additional terms displayed at checkout, including any stated payment-plan or refund terms, become part of these Terms.
CHASS Inc. may change future pricing without affecting a completed purchase except as otherwise permitted by the applicable purchase agreement.
12Refunds and Cancellations
Refund eligibility, if any, will be governed by the refund or cancellation terms displayed at the time of purchase or otherwise provided in writing by CHASS Inc.
If no refund terms are displayed for a particular offering, participants should contact CHASS Inc. before purchase if they need clarification.
CHASS Inc. may cancel, reschedule, or modify a live session, cohort, Founding Circle, workshop, or program when reasonably necessary. If a material cancellation occurs, CHASS Inc. will communicate available options to affected participants.
13Founding Community
The VIP Founding Community is an early implementation and evidence-development phase designed to help CHASS Inc. evaluate, learn from, strengthen, and responsibly expand selected VIP experiences.
Founding Community participants may be invited to provide:
- feedback;
- surveys;
- reflections;
- program evaluations;
- participation information; and
- other program-improvement data.
CHASS Inc. does not promise that preliminary Founding Community findings establish that VIP is an evidence-based, best, or proven practice.
Any research activities requiring consent beyond routine program evaluation will be handled separately as applicable.
14Referral Partner Program
Authorized Referral Partners may receive unique referral or affiliate links/codes.
Referral Partner participation is governed by any separate Referral Partner terms or agreement provided by CHASS Inc.
Unless otherwise stated in writing:
- referral status does not create employment, agency, franchise, partnership, or joint-venture status;
- Referral Partners may not bind CHASS Inc. contractually;
- Referral Partners may use only approved representations about VIP;
- Referral Partners may not make unsupported claims about outcomes;
- Referral Partners do not receive facilitation rights;
- Referral Partners do not receive organizational delivery rights; and
- commissions are payable only for referrals meeting CHASS Inc.'s stated eligibility requirements.
CHASS Inc. may modify or discontinue a referral program prospectively.
15Sponsorships and Charitable Contributions
CHASS Inc. may allow individuals and organizations to sponsor eligible participants or support access to VIP experiences.
Sponsorship does not give the sponsor control over a participant's private learning activity, evaluation responses, or community participation.
CHASS Inc. will determine or administer participant eligibility consistent with the applicable sponsorship program.
CHASS Inc. is recognized as a tax-exempt organization under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.
Contributions may be tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law. CHASS Inc. will provide acknowledgments or receipts as appropriate. Donors are responsible for determining the tax treatment of their contributions and should consult their tax advisers.
16Certificates and Credentials
A certificate of completion, when offered, confirms completion of the applicable VIP leadership experience under CHASS Inc.'s stated requirements.
A certificate of completion is not:
- a professional license;
- an academic degree;
- college credit;
- a government credential;
- clinical certification; or
- permission to teach, facilitate, reproduce, or commercially distribute VIP.
Facilitator certification, where offered, is governed separately.
17Testimonials and Participant Stories
CHASS Inc. will not intentionally use an identifiable participant's testimonial, photograph, video, personal story, or likeness for public marketing without appropriate permission.
Where participant is under 18 years, CHASS Inc. may obtain parent or legal guardian consent.
Participants should not assume that submitting a survey or evaluation automatically authorizes public use of their name or likeness unless the applicable form expressly states otherwise.
18Privacy
Use of VIP is also governed by the VIP Privacy Policy, which explains CHASS Inc.'s information practices.
By using VIP services, you acknowledge that you have had an opportunity to review the Privacy Policy.
19Third-Party Platforms and Services

This provision does not apply where prohibited by law.

These Terms will be governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut, without regard to conflicts of law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise. Any dispute, controversy, interpretation, or claim, including claims for, but not limited to, breach of contract, any form of negligence, fraud or misrepresentation, and/or any violation of any law, statute, regulation, ordinance, or any other theory of liability arising out of, from or related to this Agreement shall be submitted to final and binding arbitration as conducted by and according to the Commercial Rules and Procedures of the American Arbitration Association.

Updated Terms will be posted with a revised “Last Updated” date.
Material changes may be communicated through email, Kajabi, or another reasonable method when appropriate.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any applicable:
- checkout terms;

29Severability
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect to the extent permitted by law.
