The Founding Community

This is where the next chapter begins.

From October 2026 through May 2027, CHASS Inc. will directly facilitate three successive 8-week Founding Circles for each VIP leadership experience.

Along the way, we will collect feedback and outcome data that will help us evaluate, strengthen, and responsibly expand VIP's reach.

Two Transformational Experiences

Leadership begins at home.
And grows with us.

The Founding Community brings together two VIP experiences designed to strengthen the people at the heart of families and communities.

For Parents

Leadership starts with connection.

VIP Parent Leadership

Helping parents lead with greater confidence and intention.

VIP Parent Leadership helps parents strengthen their leadership, parenting confidence, child development knowledge, emotional intelligence, positive parenting practices, resilience, and ability to create healthy environments in which children can grow and thrive.

Why We're Building It

More than early access.

The Founding Community is an opportunity to learn, listen, measure, and strengthen.

These first participants will help CHASS Inc. understand what works, measure participant growth and outcomes, strengthen the VIP experience, and build the initial evidence needed to support responsible expansion.

These first participants won't simply experience VIP. They will help shape its future.

Your Invitation

Two ways to be part of the beginning.
